Little neighborhood restaurant with solid breakfast options. It is cash only and I saw a lot of people picking up to-go orders which we agreed to do after our visit eating there for breakfast. My buddy got the #1 which is choice of meat, 2 eggs, and either home fries or grits. He enjoyed it and had some grits left over when he finished. I got the bacon omelet and my fiance got the western omelet and both were pretty good. The food you get for the price was very good and the service was mostly friendly.

We stayed in Brewerytown but found this hidden gem of a family run traditional diner. This is a non tourist spot where locals grab and go in a non stop in and out. Wide menu selection we ate 3 different mornings here because it was cheap, filling, and friendly, one of the few places open early morning is a plus. Family owned and mixed race staff was SO amazing to see! We always left full and happy. First time trying scrapple was just ok, like a fried patty of a dull flavored sausage. Had the 3 meat and egg combo best value. Grits were buttery and great with splashes of hot sauce. Pancakes just like something your mom would make for breakfast. BLT again nothing mind blowingly amazing, but comforting and familiar that takes you back to traditionally good homemade quality with regular ingredients. This would be same price as a Denny's but higher quality in service and quality taste. Come visit this diner is just a great Philly experience.

Giving four stars because everybody was really nice and the food was decent. The food comes out pretty quick. You will be satisfied with your breakfast from here.

Let me tell you, this is the way breakfast should be cooked. "Home Fries"...crispy outside, soft inside. The omelette, firm but tender. The waffle...I thought it was a cinnamon bun, pure fuego. I ate EVERYTHING on my plate. Sundi (phenomenal btw) who took our order was very nice and helpful, and offered a few choice recommendations. The coffee she made for my party and I was perfect. Absolutely wonderful meal. I will make this a staple every time I visit Philly. My Order: The Philly Omelette with home fries & white toast (extra cheese because why not) 1 large waffle ( w/cinnamon, butter, powdered sugar is how it is normally served) 1 med coffee 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I come here every Sunday and I receive my food within a reasonable amount of time. Also, the servings are large but the price is cheap.

Had breakfast here this morning an the place was packed for a Tuesday. The food was good an the service was a little slow, but everything was good after we got our food. Just a suggestion to the owners need to invest in some coffee mugs instead of serving coffee/tea in styrofoam cups I just didn't feel that at all but food was great.

This is a great spot. Really incredibly nice staff, although they're crazy busy during the morning and lunch time! Everything is well priced (see my photo for their menu). You can get an western omlette + toast + potatoes for about $6 Cheese omelette + toast + grits OR potatoes for $4.75 If I lived in that neighborhood, that'd be my go to lunch or breakfast spot for sure.

Great place to go for Breakfast and Lunch. I like their cheesesteaks, turkey bacon club, pancakes and waffles. Hot and fresh and not overly salty or greasy like some other diners can be. I especially love the Belgian waffle served with a dab of butter and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Everything is reasonably priced but it can get crowded for lunch so come early. It's run by a nice Korean couple who are also adding Korean food options to the lunch menu. Try the ribeye bulgogi and rice combo - delicious!
